Set-up instructions

  • Place The Force Pedal in P1 (Position 1).
  • Weight held in contralateral hand.
  • Rear foot on top of bench.

Performance notes & cues

  • The Force Pedal in P1, first metatarsus smack in the middle of the pedal. Maintain pressure through this point.
  • Upon triple extension, top hand presses down, weighted shoulder retracts slightly. Hands finish together (same height).
  • Push through the Force Pedal to stand up hard with exhale.
