Set-up instructions

  • Place Force Pedal in P1.
  • Weight held in contralateral hand.
  • Rear foot on top of bench.

Performance notes & cues

  • Pedal in P1, first metatarsus smack in the middle of the pedal.
  • Maintain pressure through this point. Maintain heel hovering off floor throughout full ROM.
  • Hold form as hard as possible and descend to end range. Hold bottom for 8-10sec.
  • Push through the Force Pedal to stand up hard with exhale.
