Set-up instructions

  • Place Force Pedal in P1
  • Weights held like suitcases in both hands
  • Rear foot on top of bench

Performance notes & cues

  • Pedal in P1, first metatarsus smack in the middle of the pedal. Maintain pressure through this point.
  • Lower into triple flexion. Maintain neutral spine and posture
  • Push through the Force Pedal to stand up hard with exhale.
