Banded anti-rotation RFE split-squat

Set-up instructions

  • Place Force Pedal in P1.
  • Force Band set parallel to waist, held in outside hand.
  • Rear (outside) foot placed on bench.

Performance notes & cues

  • Pedal in P1, first metatarsus smack in the middle of the pedal. Maintain pressure through this point.
  • Top hand (shown in Cover Grip configuration) grabs wrist of the lead arm.
  • Stand up hard with exhale, deliver hands to release.
  • Stick the finish without allowing Force Band’s recoil to disrupt posture.
