Set-up instructions

  • Place The Force Pedal in P1 (Position 1), outside foot forward.
  • The Force Band at height of belly button.

Performance notes & cues

  • Pedal in P1, pressing motion enhances use of Verticals and A/P force during anti-rotation movement.
  • Hands press straight forward in line with sternum.
  • Add full exhale at end range before returning the band to starting position.
