Set The Force Band even with belly button.
Performance notes & cues
Pedal in
P1
enhances use of Verticals and A/P force to stabilize the hip during thoracic rotation.
Band should be parallel to thigh of lead leg at end range.
Progression:
Add full exhale & reach at end range.
