Split-Stance Band Lift (Trail Foot)

Set-up instructions

  • Place The Force Pedal in P1 (Position 1), outside foot forward.
  • Set The Force Band even with belly button.

Performance notes & cues

  • Pedal in P1 enhances use of Verticals and A/P force to stabilize the hip during thoracic rotation.
  • Band should be parallel to thigh of lead leg at end range.
  • Progression: Add full exhale & reach at end range.
